Welcome to our very first Dancing with Source™ newsletter. Source wants to create a new one about every six weeks. The 'about' is due to my availability rather than Source's. Sound familiar?
The purpose of this newsletter is trifold. It is to educate people about the Dancing with Source™ processes that can change their lives and the lives of those they love, to invite people to meditate and pray together whether trained in DWS or not, and to create a vortex of loving energy that is so powerful that all who read these materials are inspired, uplifted, and energized to co-create with Source the life they came here to have.
Toward that end, our first guest author is the internationally-renowned Raymon Grace. I am one of many who call Raymon Amazin' Grace. Yes, Grace is his real name. Yes, he is amazing. He is one of the most gifted energy workers and teachers of the art and science of dowsing and energy work that I have had the pleasure and privilege to know. He has taught thousands of people from all over the world how to dowse and change their lives. I had the pleasure of hosting Raymon in California for a 3-day workshop in June, 2006. Folks flew in from as far away as Malaysia. It was an amazin' weekend. His article below, The Future is Yours - Do Something About It! is classic Raymon. He is a straight-talking, no nonsense, let's get it cleared up man. I recommend his books and DVDs if you want to learn more about dowsing.
In all countries around the globe, thousands of people pray and meditate every day. For those who have made this a part of their daily life, the benefits of greater connection to Source, a deeper mind-body-spirit connection, and greater capacity for compassionate, enlightened living are clear.
More than 10 million Americans practice some form of meditation on a regular basis. For many the practice has been recommended by their physician to reduce stress and increase well-being. It has been embraced by Western medicine as a tool to reduce chronic pain, lower blood pressure, lower heart rate, and improve immune response. Researchers over the past decade have conducted hundreds of studies to scientifically measure the health benefits of prayer and meditation. The findings are forging a deeper awareness of the impact of spirituality on mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
At the Conference on Investigating the Mind held by the Dalai Lama in Washington, D.C. in November, 2005, scientists, medical students, and meditators - including scientists who meditate - dialogued on topics such as the brain's neuroplasticity. This renders support to the possibility of meditation and prayer to replace negative emotions such as impatience, anger, and grief with positive ones such as patience, calmness, compassion and forgiveness.
At the same conference, Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, who designed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, proposed that we need 'mental education' courses to help people grow in a healthy and balanced way.
The processes taught in Dancing with Source™ provide just that. These sequential workshops provide powerful opportunities for participants to experience a shift in consciousness while learning how to achieve congruence in mind-body-spirit, clear trauma, past lives and karmic patterns, transform family inheritances (counterproductive ways of thinking, believing, and acting) that have been passed down through generations, transmute disempowering core beliefs to the most empowering Light-filled beliefs, release attachments, and illuminate relationships for the highest good.
Participants have described increased health and well-being, dramatically increased connection to Source and other Beings of Light, increased clarity, and powerful results everywhere they were desired in their lives - combined with significantly increased peacefulness and harmony.
Physicist John Hagelin, Ph.D. takes these concepts to a global level, envisioning mindfulness practices as instruments for world peace. Eight thousand people [meditating together] is enough, according to all the published research, to produce such a powerful influence of global coherence, global unity and global peace - measureable, palpable harmony - that darkness, negativity, violence, and warfare just will not be able to maintain a foothold anywhere on Earth. That's all it takes: the square root of one percent of the population of the world or about eight thousand people."
The mystics, saints and sages have been offering humankind this message for millennia. Isn't it about time we listen - and do something about it?
Ashley Warrenton-Smith is the founder of Dancing with Source™. Source brought these processes to her to teach to all who are ready to learn them and change their lives for the better. She has taught them to CEOs and other corporate leaders, psychologists, coaches, health-care givers, lawyers, teachers, and many others from all the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
The course is 16 months long, one Saturday per month in the San Francisco Bay area and in the Chicago area. Group meditation in person and via teleconference is held every Monday from 5:45PM - 6:45PM Pacific Standard Time.
All things are composed of energy and the intelligent mind can direct energy.
Energy is impressed upon matter.
Energy follows thought.
If we think of a past event that causes us to become angry, we are likely to create a feeling of anger.
If we think of a past event that was fearful, we will create fear.
If we think of a past event that was funny, we will laugh.
Ok, so what happens when we regularly read papers and magazines telling us how bad things are? TV news makes a stronger impression on our mind.
When we buy into the opinions and commentaries of those in the news media, we are letting them tell us what to think. It seems that many people have either forgotten how to think or perhaps they never learned, so they let someone else do their thinking for them. We are affected by what we hear, see and experience, whether we like it or not.
So how do we stop being influenced by the bad news?
Here is how I do it.----- Don't listen to it.
On most any situation I ask, "Will my life be better or worse because of this?"
If the activity is not in your best interest, then do something else that is in your best interest. OR if you feel a need to watch TV may I offer a few suggestions.
Use your dowsing and check the integrity of the newscaster. Check the value of the information. Ask if the information has a positive or negative effect upon you. If negative, use your dowsing to neutralize the effect upon you. Yes, you can do this because the intelligent mind can direct energy.
Since we are influenced by what we hear, it is important to create a circle of friends who support each other.
A few years ago, I decided to try an experiment and focused on a few close friends to encourage them and help them in whatever way was needed. They in turn, did the same for me. The results have been very positive for all of us. At least two of them went from terrible financial condition to being prosperous. Others achieved various degrees of success. There were no losers in this experiment. It was a WIN - WIN for everyone.
You can do the same thing. It is what we call, "Pooling our mental resources." When we combine our energies to work on a project, we seem to be able to get better information and success. You don't need a lot of people involved. It is important that you work ONLY with people with whom you are compatible. Dowse to check your compatibility. Avoid people who cause disruption in your projects as well as whiners and complainers.
Ok, so you want to make a difference but don't know what to do. Well, here is what I do.
Each morning and evening I focus on TRANSMUTING FEAR, GREED, CORRUPTON AND ABUSE INTO FIFTH DIMENSIONAL ENERGY.
ANY SITUATION YOU BECOME AWARE OF, THAT IS HARMFUL TO THE LIVES OF YOU, YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS CAN BE CHANGED INTO SOMETHING MORE POSITIVE.
You can practice on a variety of things. You can practice transmuting fear into courage, hate into love, aggressiveness into peace, depression into joy, you get the idea . If you have good intent, it is highly unlikely that you would do any harm.
Remember, if you do nothing - nothing will happen. If you do something - something will probably happen.
Bob Phillips, a participant in the Dancing with Source™ workshop series, provided the following poem written by Hafiz in the 17th century and translated by Daniel Ladinsky in I Heard God Laughing, Prayers of Hope and Joy, Renderings of Hafiz:
