Our Behavior Patterns Give Us Clues to Our
Subconscious Mind

The patterns of our internal architecture and infrastructure are reflected in the smallest, most routine of our behaviors. The way in which we go about the most ordinary, mundane activities, such as driving our car, going to the grocery store, or cleaning our kitchen speaks volumes if we are willing to listen and learn more deeply about ourselves.

Carefully observing ourselves, asking thoughtful questions of ourselves -- and Source -- in regards to our observations will often reveal automatic and habitual behaviors on our part that may or may not be serving us. If they are not serving us, we can ask Source what the entry point is and use whatever sequence of DWS processes Source Guides us to use to change those habits, beliefs, patterns or behaviors to their most Light-filled alternatives.

A client was describing her difficulty in spending money that she did not wish to spend. The DWS Master Facilitator who was working with her asked her several open-ended diagnostic questions including, "When you over-spend do you typically use a credit card, a check or cash?" The client looked puzzled and, for a moment, did not have an answer. The facilitator waited. After a few moments, the client said, "Cash. I usually spend cash" The facilitator waited longer because she felt there was more the client wanted to say. In a few seconds, the client looked up, startled, and said, "For goodness sake, when I am going out I always make sure I have extra cash in my purse. in case I want to buy something I just realized that if I think that if I spend cash it isn't a big deal because I don't have a credit card statement coming in at the end of the month. But that's not realistic because I still spent the money -- as my husband points out to me when we are going over our monthly budget."

The facilitator asked Source for the entry point and was led to an opposite-pair of loss-gain. When this was cleared, a sequence of past lives, disempowering core beliefs, patterns in the ego-mind complex, programs and attachments were transmuted.

In their next session, the client told the facilitator that her husband was very grateful because more money was unspent at the end of the month. She noticed that she did not ask him for cash before she went out and that she no longer felt like spending cash was like spending Monopoly money. Both her behaviors and her beliefs had changed to be more congruent with her desire to operate within her budget.

A student in the DWS workshops was working sequentially on her addiction to sugar. In observing herself she realized that she made it an unconscious practice to keep foods in her kitchen that had a lot of sugar in them such as cookies, ice cream and frozen pastries. This made it very easy for her to assuage her sugar cravings whenever they occurred. When she identified this pattern of behavior in herself, she asked Source the entry point. Source directed her to several past lives which she healed, to her maternal bloodline which she asked the Archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel and Metatron to help her heal, and then a sequence of attachments, prime drivers, dark teachers, and more past lives. Finally, she uncovered under Guidance some disempowering core beliefs, conscious and unconscious assumptions, habits, contracts and agreements she had made that needed to be transmuted. Throughout all of this work, she reported that her congruence kept 'popping out'. As she began to explore that she learned that the basis for her sugar craving was a deep feeling of separation from God. She and Source worked to transmute that into connection with God. Now she scrupulously reads labels and no longer buys sugar-based products. She was shocked to learn how many of the foods she had in her home had sugar as an ingredient. She threw them out and started over. She said, "No wonder I couldn't lose weight and felt off so much of the time. I was eating a LOT of sugar and didn't even know it. I'm not doing that anymore!"

When we are present with ourselves we can see what we need to see in order to create the reality we say we want.

My Story

I first met Ashley in her role as a corporate leadership coach. I was the President of North Bay Coaches, a subchapter of the International Coach Federation. In the midst of putting together the upcoming year's leadership team, I sent an email inviting people from the larger coaching community to step into leadership positions. Within one half hour of my email being sent, Ashley responded. That afternoon she was in my office and an hour later had agreed to serve as our President Elect!

I had been experiencing severe migraine headaches for many years. Very often I woke up with a migraine or one would come on in the late afternoons. I had learned to push through them, taking mega-doses of aspirin and working through the pain. At one of our chapter meetings I was doing my 'president thing' at the front of the room, welcoming the members, announcing upcoming events, inspiring them to invite others to the meetings, the usual. Apparently I was stark white when I sat down next to Ashley. She took a long look at me and asked if I was all right. I told her I had a monster of a migraine and that I had tried absolutely everything. She asked if I'd like some help with shifting that and invited me to her Garden Room the next day. Without knowing anything more I said "Yes!"

That next afternoon changed my life entirely. After one two-hour healing session, my migraine headaches were a thing of the past.

I continued to work with Ashley on other issues and at one point told her that she needed to teach this work. I wasn't the only one asking for this -- and so the Dancing With Source™ classes began.

Since that time this work has been woven into everything that I do. I first started using the processes on myself, then my pets and family, learning the nuances of asking for Divine assistance, differentiating between my will and God's will (still working on that one), and expanding my understanding of what is possible.

We had one critter that was getting really bony and lost a lot of her hair -- the whole lower half of her body had a total of 6 hairs. She'd been this way for at least a year, and changing her food, cage, and medications had not made any difference. I first looked up what it might be and asked Source to heal that disease - no change. I then asked Source to work with the critter to heal whatever was in the way of her optimal health, telling Source and her how much I loved her. Within one month all her hair had grown back and she was plump and lively again.

At one point I asked one of my individual coaching clients if they'd be willing to explore my using the DWS healing tools for some particularly persistent behaviors she was experiencing and wanted to change. She agreed and I started weaving in the healing processes with the coaching processes. Shift happened -- far more quickly than with straight coaching. She began to be able to pull herself out of self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. She began to acknowledge her gifts and see how they could be used in her work. She learned to listen to her heart more, to speak up for what she wanted, and to make choices that moved her towards her desired future. I now offer coaching/healing to all my individual clients -- and they continue to report stunning results!

I've since begun exploring how to use these tools for my corporate clients; neutralizing the effects of mass consciousness, helping them shift myriad barriers to beneficial business relationships, helping sales teams remove 'immovable' obstacles to their success. When the financial slowdown happened, one of my corporate clients experienced several months with no returned calls; receivables had slowed to a trickle, and no new prospective clients were in the pipeline. I did some work with the client remotely and the President reported that the very next day they had three things shift: a prospective client returned their phone call to set up a sales meeting, one client that owed them money had called to work out a payment plan, and a prospective client that they had been keeping in touch with for two years had called to ask about using their company's services.

In addition to using DWS for my clients, I use them extensively for my own work. My regular practices include setting the Archangelic Watchtowers of Protection, balancing myself, clearing my own obstacles, asking for Source's guidance and the help of the Archangels. As a result in a down economy my business has grown I am receiving referrals and spontaneous testimonials from others -- for leadership coaching, corporate coaching and training -- and coaching combined with healing. I am speaking at professional organizations. I am writing articles for magazines. I am learning how to teach Dancing with Source™. And I am having a wonderful time!
