I was looking out my window this morning as Source was giving me the contents of this newsletter. It is still winter and the wild deer and turkey are foraging the baby green grass throughout the valley in which I live. I can just feel the hint of spring in the softer air when I go outside. In a few weeks the bright yellow daffodils will be out all over Northern California and the crocus will bloom and quickly drop their petals to cover the ground.
I love every aspect of my life; however, these quiet moments of great consciousness are the ones I particularly cherish. I imagine that I am very similar to you in that regard. If so, I wish you many beautiful pauses of awareness in your day to savor and hold to your heart.
Releasing the grip of the ego is easier said than done for most of us; however, when we set our intention to do so, and focus on it, we can develop the consciousness necessary for this very different way of being.
The egos of Western man have systematically developed a disproportionate respect for the rational mind (the left brain) -- often to the exclusion of intuition and connection to Spirit (the right brain) -- which informs the worldview of many individuals as well as mass consciousness.
One definition of rationalism is the use of reason and the intellect to gain knowledge; to apply appropriate skepticism. An overuse of the rational mind in combination with the ego may preempt or exclude, a priori, information that might challenge the prevailing worldview.
Human egos in partnership with the rational minds have systematically worked, rather like ants in an ant colony, to create a worldview or ideology that will explain the unknown. They have done so by attempting to analyze it, study aspects of it, sort it, label it, sometimes minimize it, often deny it -- actually decreasing their understanding but creating a false perception of 'safety'.
As John Mack, MD, Putlizer Prize-winning author, defines the rationalist worldview, "humankind is the most advanced intelligence we know of in the cosmos and stands at the peak of the Great Chain of Being in a universe otherwise without sentience, meaning, or intelligence. The Creator Itself has been gradually removed, leaving us alone in a universe of dead matter and energy from which the gods have fled. In this universe, only man has ultimate value and purpose, and nature is but raw material or a 'marketplace' that exists for the satisfaction of our species."
Thomas Berry has written, "For peoples generally their story of the universe and the human role in the universe is their private source of intelligibility and value ... the deepest crises experienced by any society are those moments of change when the story becomes inadequate for meeting the survival demands of the present situation."
The little ants work busily to the best of their abilities within the ant colony. All is well until an anteater comes along and creates massive change.
The unknown wishes to be known -- with love, respect, admiration and gratitude. The unknown is the teacher; humans are the students. A student does not learn from the teacher by becoming deaf and blind to the teachings, by turning their back on the teacher -- even by denying the teacher exists -- by believing they already know it all or at least the most important things, rather like teenagers with their parents.
Our egos are fear-based. What the ego cannot explain or understand scares it. When our egos become scared, humans may become territorial, aggressive, separate, isolate and attempt to defend a 'rational' or ego-based position -- whether it is geographical, financial, ideological, religious or some other category.
Without a clear and compelling connection to the sacred, our chief pleasures come from the assertion of the ego, conquest, and the acquisition of material goods.
This ability does not come through the left 'busy' brain. It comes through the right brain. It comes by setting a clear intent to get to know the unknown, slowing down, quieting the mind, consciously lengthening the brain waves from beta to alpha to theta, the frequency known as super learning -- and inviting contact.
The ego will make every attempt to subvert this connection until it deeply understands that it, too, has an important and vital role to play in the context of All That Is.
Our egos were never meant to lead; however, they have become quite dominant in doing so. The motto of the ego out of balance with Spirit might well be: Lead, follow or get out of the way. Its true role is quite different.
When things are working well, the heart is deeply connected to Source and listens with rapt attention to Guidance, communicates this Guidance to the mind, and together they communicate with the ego. The ego is the implementor -- and a fine implementor it is. All these are part of a cohesive team with Source as the leader.
Infinitely more is possible for each of us with an expanded worldview that comes with increased levels of consciousness. The door to everything is through the heart-mind connection to Source.
One of the most interesting things I have noticed in my DWS work is how we receive answers in unexpected ways when requesting information or assistance.
While I was recently building the Watchtowers of Archangelic Protection, I experienced this with the Archangel Raphael and the Archangel Ariel. When I was calling in Raphael, the Archangel of Divine Healing, it occurred to me that I was using the word 'healing' without a true understanding of what that meant. I asked Raphael to help me understand more deeply and, in a few minutes, received the following:
"The purpose of everyone's life is to experience it as a journey -- and the goal of that journey is to bring oneself closer to the Light. It is important to notice everything: every event, every person with whom you come in contact, and especially every challenge. These are opportunities for you to learn and transform any barriers that are keeping you locked into the old way of thinking and being. Be aware of the choices you are making. Make only those that bring you closer to the Light. As you do so, the grip of illusion will begin to release and you will be able to live in a more connected and conscious way."
After taking some time to absorb this message I thanked Raphael. I then asked the Archangel Ariel a similar question about compassion, another area which I have struggled to understand. Her answer was surprising:
"True compassion lies in noticing, respecting and honoring each being for who they really are, the choices they make and the path they have chosen. Each being chooses the way that is best for them to learn. In that light what may appear to be a great catastrophe could actually be -- at a higher level of
Truth -- an incredible blessing. Experiencing trauma or a great loss may enable one to look inward and initiate a transformation that will bring them closer to the Light. Without such an event taking place they could have remained locked into where they were. We are each responsible for ourselves and our own inner progress.""Too often we get caught up in the drama of what we consider to be compassion. Weeping over the misfortunes of others, expressions of indignation over perceived injustices, and rescuing can be expressions of our own ego -- and not expressions of the Light. This does not mean that we should not assist others who are in need, but this assistance ideally will come from a place of honoring rather than rescuing. It will come from the heart rather than resonating with the drama."
"When confronted with such a situation, ask for Guidance on what is in the Highest Good. At the highest level of Truth, we are all Divine and upon passing we all return to the same place. In the final analysis even the greatest tragedy is illusion. Each soul survives, learns and progresses to their next step. It is important to recognize this and allow it."
Much of this transmission was conceptual and energetic; however, I have done my best to reflect it accurately in words. As each of us continues our inner work, we reach a state of openness where these 'downloads' occur and we receive our own personal messages, sometimes just for ourselves and sometimes to be shared with others. I trust that whatever you are meant to receive from these 'downloads' will become yours.
Blessed be.
The vision of the Dancing with Source™ mystery school is Oneness. We empower all to create a clear two-way communication with the Divine and transform past lives, trauma, disempowering genetic & behavioral inheritances through family bloodlines, disempowering core beliefs, incongruencies with Highest Good and congruencies with what is not, karmic patterns, programs, attachments, fragmentation of soul, personality, and separation from Spirit, removal of Dark Teachers and implants, as well as dynamic relationship work with the archetypes, concepts, ideas, people, places and so forth that hold us back from moving into our Light Bodies. When we clear these and other barriers from our Bioplasmic system we become progressively able to hold more Light and can be of greater service in the uplifting of human consciousness in preparation for the Ascension.
We do this through advanced energetic healing workshops, private sessions, speaking engagements, and spiritual retreats in partnership with Source, the Archangels, Ascended Masters, and All Beings of Light.
Blessed be.
