Untwist Your Knickers!

Sometimes we have negative reactions to people, places, experiences, situations, even things. When we do, it is wise to notice that we have just been confronted with a powerful teacher. There is something to learn. When we open up and ask for the lesson, magic happens!

As we set our intention to learn rather than resist, we might choose to create a quiet space and engage with Source.

Relax into this request, opening your mind and heart knowing that in Truth there is nothing to fear. There is only freedom.

When you immerse yourself in communication with Source, you will be Guided deeper and deeper into the places where you are holding fear. As you uncover each one allow yourself to honor and love them with all of your heart knowing that they have been teaching you profoundly Who You Are NOT.

If you notice that you experience shame, sadness, regret or similar feelings, sit with each for a time in the spirit of love. Ask each what their lessons are for you.

We have often buried these feelings deeply within ourselves because we did not want to feel the pain that we believed we would feel. In many cases, we deny that we are holding these in the depths of our being; however, we cannot continue to do so. We become ill when we resist our learnings.

Our biggest, most compelling inner need is to remember Who We Really Are. We are microchips of Source, the God/Goddess of All Creation. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.

Many of us have forgotten that the objective of the game called Life on Earth has been to experience both aspects of dark and Light, to notice how each makes us feel, and to choose from that place of knowledge what we wish to experience more or less of.

Many of us are not yet complete with our experience of darkness. We are addicted to the drama. We actually still enjoy the pain even as we complain about it. We are not yet ready to change.

An opportunity is fast approaching for those who are. The doorway to Ascension is in the process of opening for those few who seek the Light with their entire heart. If you are one of those, go inward and ask for Guidance. It will be given.

Then it is your choice whether or not to follow it to freedom.

The Divine Call to Look and Go Beyond

For years, I was on the 'right' path. I worked for corporations selling my skills to the highest bidder. Each job was bigger and better and up the corporate ladder I went. I took each job seriously and was committed to learning how to be a better manager, better leader and technologist. Therefore, I enrolled in various management, leadership and coaching training courses. This training allowed me to explore another passion of mine, and that was to uncover those hidden treasures which lie deep within. As a manager, I wanted to assist others in discovering that thing which 'truly' excites. My life was full of the trappings of success making it easy to ignore the small inner voice telling me to 'look and go beyond'.

Many things came together to PUSH me in going beyond. A declining technology industry produced an untenable environment full of fear, rumors and disrespect. Coincidental to the job volatility, my small inner voice wasn't so small any longer. Having been in Dancing with Source™ for many months, I was learning to 'listen' in a very different way. Source was gently teaching me to 'listen' with my Heart, and to 'see' with the eyes of my Soul. I was learning how to check-in with my physical body for signs of when something was Divinely Guided compared to when my ego was in control.

Source and the Archangels were guiding me to go beyond the disempowering beliefs I had carried for many years. I discovered that I held many disempowering beliefs and at times sabotaged my own success. I became aware of how parts of me held onto the belief that there just wasn't enough for me. There wasn't enough time, money, love, security, creativity and much more. I was being shown all the ways I had played small throughout my life, how I had denied my True Self -- and had denied Source. The revelations came over many days and weeks; some came with great resistance bringing great pain. Some came like a cool summer breeze on a hot evening. Each came with deep love, compassion and gratitude for the DWS healing processes. All of them brought me to where I am this day.

I have found what truly excites me and am assisting others to find what excites them. I am now a Master Facilitator of Dancing with Source™ and a Co-Designer with Source of energetically charged spiritual jewelry. DWS has given me the ability to heal myself and get out of my own way. Through a profound partnership with Source, I now remember my Life's Purpose. I dedicate each day to fine tuning my awareness enabling me to listen to the wisdom which lies in the stillness.

Mary Brown is a Master Facilitator of Dancing with Source™ with an international practice. She is studying to become a DWS certified trainer. As a CTI graduate and NLP practitioner, Mary offers a robust combination of modalities when working with clients. In partnership with Source, Mary creates original works of art in jewelry and dowsing tools using precious metals, gemstones and crystals.
