Opportunity Knocks

When one serves humanity as an energetic healer, one learns in a fairly short period of time how frequently occurring the same sorts of challenges are for the members of the human race. These tend to fall in three main areas:

1. Love
2. Health
3. Money

The challenges that we might experience in any area of our lives may be viewed as wake-up calls from Source; and from a deep inner knowing within ourselves:

Something is obstructing Divine flow that needs to be transmuted.

Part of the challenge is to identify what is blocking Divine flow; another part is to understand how to transmute it so that flow opens up.

While those three big categories are where the symptoms appear, the really important work is to identify underlying cause and heal it. Unfortunately, most folks ignore and override these symptoms. We are busy living our lives in the material world. We are used to turning off the alarm and snoozing a little longer. When we do this the Universe just turns up the volume. This means our symptoms become more pronounced or more of them emerge. If we keep ignoring them, the Universe turns the volume up even more and we manifest more severe blockages -- even breakdowns -- in Divine flow. The way this shows up in the material world may include divorce, illness, job loss and so forth.

The idea is that we will learn to do something different than what hasn't been working for us:

Pay attention to the message encoded within the symptoms rather than overriding them.

Go inward and begin a deep and loving inquiry to find out underlying cause. Journal to identify trends in our behaviors and choices so we learn more about ourselves. Create the spaciousness for our bodies to talk to us and tell us what they need.

Many of our symptoms can be reduced by these simple things. In other cases, we may need to work with a professional energetic healer Sometimes the blockages may be due to karmic patterns, past lives, counterproductive behaviors that we inherited through our family bloodlines and so much more. Very large obstructions can be released through expert energy work that will free us to live lives of joy and abundant flow in every area. This expanded way of living comes through listening, exploring and making important shifts in our subconscious mind rather than through constriction, shutting down and overriding the messages of our body and our lives.

The most interesting thing of all is that the sacred work of clearing ourselves is so much easier to do than continuing to live with symptoms that are increasing in their intensity. As Albert Einstein said,

"If it's working for you, keep doing it. If it's not, try something different."

The Importance of Being Human: Choice

We are at an unprecedented crossroads in humanity's evolutionary journey. Recent events clearly highlight the impact of our collective choices. Oil spills are created by our hunger for 'more oil, more oil', so that we can put off -- for just a while longer -- the inevitable collapse of a petroleum-based economy. Inadequate economic systems, built on choices of 'growth at any cost,' collapse under the weight of run-away greed. Governments are unable to provide for basic services, stability, and safety, and the prevalence of one-upmanship, the competitive 'win for our side' accounting erodes our ability to cooperate, collaborate, and coordinate for the highest good of all. We see it. We feel the effects of this.

What can we do?

The solution lies within each one of us first. Our ability to de-escalate our own anxiety and fear is essential to releasing the grip of these emotions on our decision-making. Awareness is a wonderful teacher; conscious and intentional choice is our most powerful ally. Becoming aware of the mind as it starts on its hamster-wheel litany of "what's wrong," we can choose to shift our attention to "what's right." Noticing what we are grateful for is a powerful antidote to the downward spiral of negativity, hopelessness, and helplessness. Removing blockages and barriers to our ability to increase our connection to Divine Wisdom, as well as identifying and asking for what is in our highest good, are just some of the areas that Dancing with Source addresses. Our human power of intention, Divinely Guided, allows us to call on our powers of gratitude and appreciation, asking for highest good outcomes and building competencies of positivity, hope, and action, based on Divine Wisdom.

Bring your best Self into your work.

When we bring our best Selves into our work, integrating all of who we are, we increase our effectiveness and we are able to make the difference our heart longs for. By accessing Divine and ancient wisdom we are able to gain insights and develop innovative solutions to current problems. For example, we are able to open our hearts to more than our own needs, to choose that which honors the Earth communities needs as well as our human needs. We begin to see and care that by choosing to change how we purchase and use petroleum products, we reduce the need for more oil. We see that by reducing our personal debt, by moving toward purchasing only that which our cash flow can handle or moving towards barter systems, we reduce the overall strain on economic systems. We see that by helping each other in local communities, we increase safety, stability and security without relying on large governments to do this for us.

Earth and humans are in this together -
every choice we make affects Earth and affects us.

By increasing our cooperation, collaboration and coordination we are able to make significant changes in our lives, in the lives of others, and in the world. When we choose to cooperate rather than obstruct, we gain insights into different viewpoints that add to the discussion. When we choose to collaborate rather than compete, we can create innovative solutions to complex problems. When we choose to coordinate rather than constrain, we create aligned actions that get things done. These become a regular part of our lives in work and at home, for us, as well as for our personal relationships, work teams, and communities. Our choices really do make a difference.

Each small step taken,
each tiny Light-filled choice,
each positive thought, word or action,
changes the World.

This is the important work we do as humans. Our thoughts matter. Our words matter. Our actions matter. Each small step we take adds to the sum total of positivity radiating into the world. Each step moves us towards Oneness. The results are flow, ease, and joy. When others see the results, they are encouraged and empowered to make their own Light-filled choices. By making small individual choices we also make huge global changes. The importance of being human is that we've been given the power of choice.
