Download of 5th Dimensional Reality

When I sat down for a lovely moment of relaxation in the sun I noticed a slight burning sensation in my third chakra that I had been persistently trying to ignore for the past couple of hours.

As a Lightworker I know better than that; however, I was focusing on 3rd dimensional reality rather than doing energy work. In this quiet moment, Source brought it clearly to my attention. I asked, "Is this fear?"

Source responded, "No, this is a call to action. I have promised you -- and all humanity -- that I would grant you the dearest wish of your heart. What is your wish?"

Tears began seeping from my eyes as I sat in a field of bliss. I said, "Beloved, with all my heart I have one wish: That humanity can live on Earth in 5th Dimensional Reality so that we experience what is possible for us in a field of infinite love, collaboration and creativity that flow from our Divine Self. I wish that we had chosen the Tree of Life, which links to our heart chakra, rather than the Tree of Knowledge, which links to our third chakra, when You put the question to us long ago."

Source said, "I have taught you that all time is now and that you can choose once again. I shall download that Reality into you now."

Source did.

I felt my entire field reorganize itself into Oneness.

So it is.

The Process of Ascension

Steve Beckwith: Lord Michael, many people would like to know what's going to be happening between now and Ascension on December 21st, or whenever it is to be. What can we expect to be occurring in our bodies, in our emotions, in our experience of life?

Archangel Michael: A great deal is already underway. That is particularly true for those who decided, on a soul level, long before they incarnated, that they would undergo Ascension with and by Gaia, the galactics and inter-galactics, the human collective, and the kingdoms.

Do not dismiss what has already taken place. The majority are not consciously aware of the shifts that are taking place within their bodies, within their minds, within their beingness. Nevertheless, the shift is well underway.

For each of you who have decided, consciously and within the very core of your being, that you are undergoing Ascension, and that you are welcoming it eagerly and profoundly into your life, into your consciousness, into your being, this process has been going on and building throughout your entire life.

Some of you ask, what changes can we expect? I ask each of you to look at your hearts and your bodies, your environments and your situations. Your clearest indicator of what is taking place within this Ascension process is your heart. It is the core of your being, knowing and deciding that you are choosing love, that you are more joyful, less restless, less impatient, and yet at the same time more eager to embrace the new adventure and to let go of the old third reality of duality, of polarity, of all the false paradigms that have been created in the third dimension.

In your physical form, begin to feel yourself be reconstructed, not only in the external but from the inside out, because much of this is occurring with the activation of parts of your brain, of your glands, of your organs, of your bone marrow, of your subatomic particles, of your DNA, of the shift from carbon to your crystalline-based Light bodies. Pay attention to your physical form.

A lot said and written about Ascension symptoms - cosmic flu, dizziness, depression troughs, crests of the wave. It is also your body that is transforming, not only so that you can hold the higher frequencies, maintain the higher frequencies, but because you already are holding more energy of a higher frequency, more love, and more light than you ever have before.

What does this mean in a physical way? First of all what it means is that if there are situations - mental, emotional, causal - on any level that are within your physical form - and there are - these will come to the surface for love, for release, for elimination. Do not be surprised if you think, "I am doing my work very diligently, but this situation of asthma, of diabetes, seems to be in a flare-up phase -- worse than ever."

Or if you have an emotional difficulty or imbalance such as depression or anxiety, and suddenly you are feeling more anxious than you have felt in years, this is because the situation, the imprint or the actual anchoring within your physicality, is coming to the surface.

How does this relate to Ascension? The interpenetration of each of you during this time of transition by the Mother/Father/Oneness, by your own guides, by your brothers and sisters of the stars, is not lessening, it is increasing -- and it is increasing rapidly. You are receiving and holding more energy. As these new higher energies are coming in, they are acting as a cleanser, as a vacuum cleaner for these old lower vibration energies, memories, experiences to come up and out.

As this also occurs, as your deep healing takes place, you are going to find is that you feel more vibrant, younger - younger in the human sense of the word, for our sense of young and your sense is very different!

You will look more vibrant, more youthful. You will feel that your body, your tissues, your skin, your bones, your flexibility, your organs -- all of you -- is functioning more harmoniously, more effectively, more like Who You Really Are. Pay attention to this. Pay attention to issues or qualities that you have been wanting to bring forth over a long period of time -- and notice that you are having a breakthrough.
