Our Greatest Service Is To Fully Live

We chose to incarnate on Earth partly because it is so beautiful and partly because it is a planet dedicated to learning unconditional love.

We learn conditional love from many people to whom we give authority as small newly reborn people: our parents, teachers, siblings, friends, etc. Pretty much everybody is taught the same thing through modeling, which is if you do 'this' I will love you; if you do 'that' I might not love you.

We are subject to an infinite number of rules, regulations, beliefs, and expectations that are handed down through our maternal and paternal bloodlines. Many times our parents, for example, may not be clear about the reasons they feel so strongly that their child needs to get a degree in either law or medicine rather than be a gardener or an artist. They may have rules, regulations, beliefs, and expectations about how their child looks, dresses, or behaves that are contrary to the child's inner Guidance. Because of these myriad challenges, children have infinite opportunities to learn discernment, deeper connection to Source (the ultimate internal authority figure), how to set boundaries, how to influence authority figures, how to believe in themselves, how to choose wisely, how to predict outcomes of their behaviors, and so much more.

These opportunities continue throughout our lives until the moment we pass out of our physical bodies. In challenging situations, when we learn to ask Source what the lesson our soul needs to learn -- as a default -- we become part of the 'advanced class' of learners here in the Earth school. And, suddenly, our lives get better and better and better.

In fact, the greatest service we can offer ourselves and all of humankind is to gain those learnings. As we progress in our learnings, we are able to be Who We Really Are. This means acting out of our Higher Self rather than our lower self that is run by our fear-based pain body. Our pain body is comprised of our lower mental body (the left brain), our ego body, and our wounded emotional body. As we progress, we learn to be in constant contact with our inner Source and to heal our pain body.

Our Inner Source is connected to All That Is. It is the microcosm of the macrocosm, which is All That Is. Source loves a paradox. If your Inner Guidance resonates with this, you 'grok' that particular paradox; if it doesn't right now, one of these beautiful days it will.

That brings us to an important lesson to bookmark. Take it easy on yourself. We're here in the Earth school to fail gloriously, to learn, and to succeed beyond our wildest dreams. If we skip step one, which is failing sometimes -- or often -- we might not make it all the way to succeeding wildly.

So, cut yourself some slack. Actually, cut yourself a lot of slack. The point is to learn your lessons and use your learnings to make your life progressively better in whatever way you and your Inner Source define that. Let's see, at this writing there are about 7.4 billion of us in the Earth school. That means there are 7.4 billion definitions of what 'progressively better' and 'success' mean.

Your assignment, if you choose to accept it, is to venture out, to creatively live your life your way. The great news is that you get to do this over and over and over again, differently every time until you 'get it'. That means you've learned all the lessons that you enrolled in Earth school to learn. Then, you get to graduate to the next level, which is just perfect for you when you're ready -- and not one moment before.

You see, there is a Divine Plan and you are an important part of it. So, have confidence. Notice your life so far. How's it working for you?

After all, in your life review no one is going to judge you. Your Master Guides and Teachers will just ask you what you learned. So, what are you learning?

Can you imagine what it's like to be married to Ashley?

Yep.

She, Source and I often work with private clients using the full range of DWS material. It is a lot of fun to partner with her and Source.

Throughout our courtship and marriage, I have changed a lot. Let me rephrase that. I have evolved a lot. Part of my personal journey was to learn that I am really effective in partnering with Source in order to help myself and others heal, grow, and create lives filled with joy.

The other day something unexpected happened that on the surface was extremely good for Ashley. I observed that she was excited but cautious. The next morning she awoke in bad shape. She couldn't see very well, her eyes were very painful, and she was so compromised that, for once, she couldn't work on herself.

So I worked with Source to diagnose the problem and we healed it. As we began, she immediately fell into a deep sleep. When she awoke about 30 minutes later, she was her usual energetic, joyful and fun self.

Now THAT'S cool.
