Sow Seeds of Kindness

We live in 3-D reality, which many call the Earth school. In fact, Earth is just one physical location within 3-D reality. We incarnate in the 3rd dimension over and over again in order to learn lessons of all kinds. Some of them are hard lessons indeed, particularly in our earlier lifetimes when we often make lots of mistakes. When we do harm, we are likely to accrue karma, which is a powerful learning tool.

Some believe that we must live through our karma experiencing some version of what we dished out, rather like swimming through wet cement, in order to be free of it. They do not believe that karma can be transmuted.

These words are easy to say; however, learning to understand what they really mean and live this way is life-transforming.

A sense of good humor helps. So does abundant kindness.

Sowing seeds of kindness everywhere we go is pretty much a guarantee against accruing the kind of karma that locks us into the cycle of birth and rebirth. Thinking kind thoughts has a direct positive impact on our physical well-being and on how we move through the world. Speaking words of kindness can change someone's experience of life exponentially for the better, including our own. Kindness has a sweet, high vibration. It lifts us and those around us higher. Doing acts of kindness is perhaps the highest vibration of all and can make such a powerful difference in our experience of life and in the lives of those we touch.

Please think about a time when someone said or did something kind to you or for you. What was the impact on you?

Now think about a time when you needed someone to do something kind for you, perhaps something small for them but that would have big implications for you. What was the impact on you when they did not help you?

Which way do YOU choose to be? Kind or unkind?

High Beings of Light have said that the number one thing that makes it difficult for us to offer comfort, kindness, and help is our fear. It jams our circuits and apparently causes us to become hard of heart.

We don't want to become "involved", we don't want to reach into our wallet and offer some money so that a mother and her children can eat, we don't want to face the truth that we are one with those around us who are in need, whether we like it or not.

To the extent we can face our fear, let it go, forgive ourselves and others for not being "perfect" and simply reach out with a kind word, a kind look, a smile, a dollar or two, or a sandwich that we intended to eat ourselves, we change.

We change down deep inside. We develop an open heart, we deepen our inner peace, we become more balanced and centered and we begin to understand more about how to co-create Heaven on Earth.

By the way, Source has long taught humankind that what we sow, we reap -- magnified. When we sow kindness, we reap kindness -- magnified.

MY STORY

Although I am an actress, I suffered for many years with excruciating shyness and low self esteem. I met Ashley about a year and a half ago on one of her and Michael's trips to Santa Fe.

I instantly felt comfortable with her and when I learned over dinner more about the DWS work, I knew that I wanted to work with her to try to heal the things that were holding me back.

I was astounded to feel the energy in my body when she worked on me in our monthly private sessions. I worked with her for about a year. I can honestly tell you that while I am the same woman who began this part of my journey with her, I am a happier, much more self-confident woman.

When we first began working I came to our sessions fairly distraught. Without fail, each and every time when the sessions would end, I felt absolutely filled with Light.

I would briefly update her on my current drama. She was always warm and supportive but we didn't stay there long. She sometimes said, "As within, so without. Let's work on your internal landscape, identify your 'buggy code', heal it, and watch what happens in your outer world, shall we?"

Well ... my outer world changed, believe me. My issues with men melted away. I am in a loving relationship with a wonderful man who understands me and loves me. My self-confidence changed. I feel this deep connectedness to my Self and to Source now that I trust explicitly. My acting career bloomed; however, I started focusing on voiceovers, which I really enjoy.

Ash was right. When I changed my inner world, my outer world changed so much for the better. Internally, I am calm and at peace. Not much, if anything, causes me upset any longer. I am very, very grateful for this work -- and for the friendship I developed with Ashley during this time.

When we clear these & other 'buggy code' from our field we become progressively able tohold more Light & can be of greater service in the uplifting of human consciousnessin preparation for the Ascension.
