How the Etheric Grid Fits Into Our Energetic Aura Which Surrounds Our Physical Body

There are 6 subtle energy bodies that surround our physical body and comprise our individual aura:

1. Etheric Body - closest to and holding the blueprint for the physical body; it is our etheric 'body double'. Everything that exists in the physical plane has its own subtle etheric body counterpart. The human etheric body is the vibrating web of energy from which our energetic blueprint is created. Vibrating at a slightly higher frequency than the physical plane it is normally unseen but nonetheless important for our well-being. Its strength & vitality can be undermined by shock, trauma & drug use as well as unresolved issues filtering down to it from other subtle bodies. The etheric body is linked to the first, or base, chakra.

2. Emotional Body -- The emotional body is the layer of energy beyond the etheric body and is unique to each individual. It contains all our emotions and feelings including those created by unresolved issues from other lifetimes. The emotional memories and patterns that are stored in our emotional body trigger our emotional responses to the events in our lives. The emotional body functions outside of third dimensional reality and so has no recognition of time. This is why sometimes a person's emotional reaction to a particular situation can seem completely out of proportion to what is currently happening in their lives. The trigger in fact comes from a previous unresolved shock and trauma. These emotional responses are brought into incarnation via the soul and mental bodies for resolution. The emotional body is linked to the second, or sacral, chakra. Emotional energy is very powerful in that it gives power to our thoughts and intentions.

3. Ego/Lower Mental Body Complex -- The lower mental body receives, stores and transmits all our thought patterns and mental processes. It is linked to the third, or solar plexus, chakra, which is the seat of our ego. Thoughts extend beyond the mental body as energy and create our realities so it is important to choose wisely the thoughts that we allow to dwell in our minds. When we link thought with the power of emotions we become creators so it is important to monitor the thoughts that we are choosing, whether consciously or unconsciously.

4. Higher Mental Body is the layer of energy linked to the fourth, or heart, chakra and is therefore the bridge from the physical to the spiritual realms. When we maintain an open heart chakra we receive Light, information and inspiration from our soul through the higher mental body. This layer of energy acts as a filter for past life information and karmic patterns to come into our consciousness so that we can heal them.

5. Causal Body -- This layer of energy is beyond the higher mental body and is linked to the fifth, or throat, chakra and the causal chakra at the back of the head. This is the doorway to higher consciousness and links our personality to the collective consciousness of the planet. The causal body can be seen energetically as seven concentric circles of rainbow light which contain everything that is real and permanent about us. These shimmering spheres of light reflect the unique spiritual attainments of the soul. Gifts and talents that you have attained in previous lives are sealed into our causal body and made available to us through our soul when we are ready to use them.

6. Soul Body -- This body holds the essence of our spirit - the part of us that is of the God/Goddess of All Creation, Absolute Eternal Oneness. Inspiration and spiritual visions filter down to the soul to be grounded in the now through the lower chakras, allowing us to manifest divine will or the will of our spirit, our God/Goddess-Self. This subtle energy body is linked to the sixth, or brow, chakra.

7. Spiritual Body - This subtle energy body links to the seventh, or crown, chakra and is a merger of all the aspects of all the subtle bodies as well as the essence of the physical body. This body contains all the integrated spiritual principles with which an individual may work.

It helps to understand this basic structure of the aura in order to use the process below in this newsletter called Replacing the Etheric Grid.

In my corporate work I used to fly a great deal. In one year alone I flew 75,000 miles. I heard so many babies cry on planes because the altitude changes really affect them as well as simply being carted around by their courageous and long-suffering parents. The sound of a baby crying can knock out one's etheric grid all on its own.

I made it my practice to use the process below to replace both the baby's etheric grid as well as the parents' grids before the plane left the tarmac. It typically took less than 30 seconds before the crying stopped -- and the plane's passengers exhaled a collective sigh of relief.

I don't remember a baby ever resuming crying on a trip once Source replaced the baby's etheric grid; however, had that happened I would simply have asked Source to replace the grid again using the same process.

Based on what Source has taught me, it is important to use the highlighted words for optimum effectiveness.

Another example of how I use this process if if I notice a stranger who appears tired or stressed. Without them ever knowing that I noticed, I simply work with Source to replace their etheric grid. After about 10 minutes, if I'm still around, I do another visual check. Typically, they look remarkably different: relaxed, younger, happier.

And THAT makes me happier.

Replacing the Etheric Grid

Leaks, tears, holes, contusions can occur in our auras due to:

1. Shock, grief, and trauma - any strong reaction over=reaction
2. Emotional, mental, and physical distress
3. Overuse of alcohol or drugs of any kind
4. Consumption of refined sugar, white flour, and processed foods including fast food, junk food, or genetically-engineered food
5. Sustained proximity and ingestion of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides through food and drink that is not organic.

Clues that this process is needed:

You are or someone in your life is exhibiting signs of stress on their face, in their body, in the way they speak, crankiness, lack of emotional balance, and so forth. Examples: Babies crying on a plane or folks checking you out in a grocery store look extremely tired.

Please be aware that illnesses typically appear in the etheric body prior to the physical body - sometimes years in advance. This affords us an opportunity to resolve the underlying cause(s) before manifestation in physical form.

Ask:

"Beloved Source, please replace my etheric grid NOW, strengthen it to optimal, fill it with Earth 1, Earth 2, and Earth 3 energies - and a steady stream of etheric energy for my optimal health, harmony, and well-being.

Thank you, Beloved One."
