Disempowering Core Beliefs
When we allow fear to dominate our lives as a primary motivational frequency, the resulting thunderstorm blocks our reception of the higher frequencies of love, safety, and abundance.
Filters, perceptions, concepts, and ideologies that are based in fear can form a disempowering belief infrastructure that surround those of us who give them power in a web of deceit, limitation, and powerlessness. These fear-based beliefs can act as prisons - of our own making – to keep us from being Who We Really Are.
Some examples of fear-based beliefs include:
- I am not good enough
- There is something wrong with me
- There is something wrong with you
- I am an imposter
- I am helpless. There is nothing I can do
- I am hopeless. This situation is hopeless
- I am a victim. Why does this always happen to me?
- I am a martyr. I must sacrifice myself for others
- It’s not possible
- There’s not enough
- If I attempt this, I will fail. If I fail, I will die
Our disempowering core beliefs bind us in chains of our own making and impede or block the frequency of love from the Eternal One, the only thing that can give us the Guidance we need to be Who We Really Are. We simply can’t receive the incoming transmission. We are ‘jamming our own circuits’.
These beliefs create magnetic attractors in our ‘hard drive’ so that we create a self-fulfilling prophecy – and prove to ourselves that what we believe is true. They are based in convoluted logic and reason that encourages fear-based behaviors
We often learned these false beliefs:
- From others to whom we gave authority,
- Through repetition, and,
- Through what we perceived as trauma.
Any thing that we learned, we can unlearn -- and then we can choose to learn something more empowering.
